Christmas Craft Fayre – Letter
30th November 2018
The St. Alphonsus’ Christmas Craft Fayre is taking place on Thursday 6th December at 2:30pm – 4pm. Children may be picked up at 2:30pm and must be signed out by their parent/carer.
In order to ensure the craft fayre is staffed, ready for you to arrive, children will be grouped together in specific classrooms to enable us to see the children who are leaving at 2:30pm out safely. Please can we ask that you are patient when signing out and waiting for your children.
Please can you collect your children from the following class doors on the day of the craft fayre:
Nursery, Reception and Y1 – Reception gate (on KS1 playground at the front of school)
Y2 and Y3 – Y2 door (front of main building)
Y4, Y5 and Y6 – Y4 door (front of main building)
If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to ask your child’s classteacher.
Don’t forget Santa will be visiting from the North Pole for children to visit. At a smallcost of £1.50, they can meet Santa, have their photograph taken and receive a chocolate treat. Photographs will be sent home following the event. Secondly, we would really appreciate donations of cakes for our cake stall at the Christmas fayre and ask that they are brought into school on Thursday morning.
A great big thank you to everyone who has donated bottles and chocolate for our tombola. The winning classes will be announced on Monday morning in achievement assembly, so watch out for this news on our twitter!
Thank you so much for your continued support,
Deputy Head Teacher
